Coming Home to and 'learning' to reside in yourSelf is not always an easy way. After all, discovering what you really are requires taking some bumps. Sometimes it is nice to get some tools to create clarity if you experience an excess of stimuli or if you do not see or know it for a while. To support you in your inner journey of discovery I have included contemplations and guided meditations.
Contemplations help you to stop and observe what is happening in your inner system. To watch as an objective observer how your autopilot works. This provides insight so that you can break through and change patterns so that you can be more and more pure who you are. Guided meditations can help to calm the mind, to feel tension in the physical, mental or emotional body. To relax more deeply so that you can more easily be in your own silence. Silence is not the absence of sounds but an inner place, a safe haven, that houses your unique vibration and essence.
